Application for Gliding Scholarship

Once you have entered in and submitted your details, please allow time for the application to download then print off, fill in and hand to your ATC Squadron/Flight Commander or CCF Section Commander. If you have any queries or problems, please feel free to contact us at oc@626vgs.co.uk and we will be happy to explain the process or answer any questions that you may have.

Process of application:

bulletPrint off and fill in your details
bulletHand to your ATC Squadron/Flight Commander or CCF Section Commander who will give you a medical form
bulletTake the medical form to your GP, and once completed had back to your CO or Section Commander
bulletYour details will be forwarded to your Wing HQ (or HQ Air Cadets if you are in the CCF)
bulletWing Gliding Liaison Officer (HQAC for CCF cadets) will allocate course places when they become available
bulletYou will be sent joining instructions and date of course
