squadron operating winch-launched gliders.
British Aerospace Trophy 2001-2002,
2003-2004.
Top squadron overall.
George Young Memorial Trophy 2007. Best engineering
standards.

Well, maybe
not the Top Gun Trophy or an astronaut yet, but if you are aged 16 or over you can train to be a
glider pilot!

courses. If you are aged over 15½ now is the time to
complete an application form and get your name on the waiting list.
